Reduce Dependency On Foreign Oil…
Change Your Oil?

Used oil does not go bad, it simply gets dirty. Through a state-of-the-art process, water, fuel and impurities are removed from used oil, restoring its original qualities and performance characteristics. In fact, most of the re-refined base stocks produced today are considered to be a premium to conventionally refined oils due to the growing percentage of synthetic oils collected in today’s service facilities

Benefits of Re-refined oil

  • Conserves irreplaceable petroleum resources
  • Reduces air pollution from the reduction of used oil that is “down cycled” and burned as fuel oil or bunker fuel
  • Reduces U.S. reliance on foreign crude oil
  • Eliminates the need for environmentally damaging off-shore drilling and transportation
  • Promotes proper collection of used oil thus reducing ground and water contamination
  • Up to 85% less energy is consumed in the re-refining of used oil when compared to the traditional refining of crude oil
  • Domestic collection, transportation and production supports local economies, not the global infrastructure of Big Oil.

Motor OIL

  1.  Why To Change Your Oil
The primary objectives of motor oil are to lubricate and clean. However, when your engine is running, whether you’re driving or idling, your motor oil is breaking down and losing its ability to perform those tasks. Oil breakdown occurs when the major properties of the oil have changed due to oxidation, deposits, thermal degradation, corrosion, shearing and contamination. As your oil breaks down it starts to create varnish and engine sludge (Oil sludge or black sludge is a solid or gel in motor oil caused by the oil gelling or solidifying, usually at temperatures lower than 100 degrees Celsius). This causes the oil to gel, resulting in excess wear as friction increases. In other words, your engine oil needs to be replaced with fresh oil and fresh oil filter every three months or three thousand miles.
  2. Re-Refinement:
Through a state-of-the-art process, water, fuel and impurities are removed from used oil, restoring its original qualities and performance characteristics. In fact, most of the re-refined base stocks are considered to be a premium to conventionally refined oils due to the growing percentage of synthetic oils collected in today’s service facilities. [8]
